We're all drowning on infinite to-do lists and responsibilities, and yet we still think that we can complete all of them — or at least we hope so.
Endless task lists can feel like drowning - i'm trying the same now. Just having one big goal for each day
Having a big goal to tackle is also pretty effective. Do you do it the first thing in the morning, or do you do other things to "warm yourself up"?
Ideally i'd do it in the morning but my mornings are generally chaotic so I tend to do them in the afternoon/evening
How do you categorize "chaotic"?
Like not in my control (chores, random to dos pop up) so I just gave my mornings up 😂
Lol I get what you mean. Wouldn’t setting a “power hour” work for you in the morning? No distractions, no communication. Just you and your work for 50 minutes straight. You could do it before your actual work, or as part of it.
